Booking Policy.

Bookings are essential.

Online reservations can be made from three months in advance which open daily.

Allow 3 to 4 hours for the dining experience.

Our set menu offering is $220 per person excluding drinks and a 50% non refundable deposit is required when making the reservation.

For all bookings, cancellation within 48 hours the remainder of the meal will be charged as a late cancellation fee to cover some of the losses.

If you com on the day with less people than you confirmed for there will be charges for that missing guest to cover the cost of wasted food and wait list missed opportunities.


The following listed allergies and dietaries are catered for but must be specified in the comment section when booking.


These include nut and shellfish allergies and pregnant.

Please note we pride our menu not only on the ingredients we cook with but the sustainable and minimal waste ethics we are able to maintain in the kitchen, we do not cater for Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Gluten Free/ Ceoliac, Dairy intolerances, FODMAP or Vegan’s due to the significant changes these dietary needs have on the set menu resulting in unnecessary waste. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to your booking.

Sustainable, minimal intervention alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that echo the time and place they are sourced from are served within Van Bone.

Due to the way we create our menu, we can not accommodate any dietaries on the day. Personal food preferences will not be taken into consideration!!!

We have limited seating. We can take bookings online of up to 10 people. If you book for a group over 6 people you will be required to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.

The Van Bone team please ask you to arrive on time for your reservation and to allow sufficient travel time.


We are unable to permit persons under the age of 18 years in the restaurant.
